The seminar was organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The activity focused on preventing and combating violent extremism (P / CVE) in the Western Balkans (BP), with the participation of regional security professionals as well as prominent regional and international lecturers.
The representatives of the CVE Center – Albania that participated in this activity, stressed the importance of the regional cooperation already launched and developed in the region, in the framework of cooperation of CVE Centers in various aspects related to the prevention and fight against violent extremism. The Regional Network of National Coordinators and CVE Centers can help strengthen and further expand the already established cooperation between the Western Balkan countries, based on the approach of involving society as a whole in the prevention.
