The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism organized with the Terre des Hommes mission in Albania, in the city of Pogradec, the training “Admission to communities of families / children returning from conflict zones and the primary role of Local Public Safety Councils in their reintegration process”. The training was attended by representatives of the Municipality of Pogradec, prosecution, police, social workers and psychologists.

The two-day training focused on the important role of Local Public Safety Councils during the process of reintegration of repatriated citizens focusing on legal framework issues, strategies and responsible institutions during this process.

This training was conducted with the financial support of Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF).
