The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism was invited to the “Conference Hall, Religions, Freedoms and Democracy” at Bedër University.
During the conference, academics, representatives of the US Embassy, and representatives of religious communities shared their views on the religious and philosophical foundations of tolerance and freedom of religion and democracy. Judicial and political solutions to the conflicts created between freedom of religion and other human rights, at the national and international level, were also part of the discussions, addressing them with concrete examples with all students in the region.
The CVE Center provided the opinions, findings, conclusions, and recommendations expressed on freedom of religion, as well as the prevention of the phenomenon of violent extremism through education, which is an important topic.
