The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism supported the awareness meetings held with representatives of the community of the municipalities of Përrenjas and Pogradec, within the project “An integrated approach to promote women and youth in Albania” which is being implemented by the Women Center for Development and Culture Albania (WCDCA).
The meetings focused on the engagement of women, girls and young people, offering a variety of approaches, opinions and attitudes.
Within this project, women practicing various professions in these municipalities, activists and volunteers, as well as young people from high schools participated in order to enable a comprehensive approach.
The CVE Center contributed to the project, informing and raising awareness on the prevention of violent extremism.
