27/04/2021The Director of the Coordination for Countering Violent Extremism participated in an interview regarding religious harmony in Albania on Today TV 2000.
The CVE Center’s Director, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi was invited to speak last Saturday at Today Tv 2000 from the journalist Andrea Sarubbi regarding religious harmony while preventing radicalization and countering violent extremism issues in Albania. Mrs. Dervishi emphasized the positive example of the CVECenter with reference to the preservation of peace and dialogue through the joint work and intercultural activities promoted with the Inter Religious Council of Albania.
She also highlighted the important cooperation with the officially recognized religious communities that seat in the Inter Religious Council of Albania with whom CCVE-Albania has signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2019.
Mrs. Dervishi stated that religious harmony must be promoted as an added value in our European society and beyond.
