The Director of the CVE Center, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi participated in the activity organized by the Albanian Muslim Community in the framework of continuing the work done with young people to prevent violent extremism.
The invitation received by the CVE Center is part of the development of good cooperation with the authorities and religious communities in the country.
In her opening remarks, Mrs. Dervishi presented the steps and measures taken by the Republic of Albania towards opposing radicalism and violent extremism, expressing support for the youth network set up by the Albanian Muslim Community within this project.
The meeting was also greeted by the US Ambassador, Mrs. Yuri Kim and the Deputy Minister of Interior, Mrs. Romina Kuko.
