The Director of the Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism presented at the OSCE Conference Albania's progressive path in preventing and combating the phenomenon of radicalism and violent extremism.

The Director of the CVE Center, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi participated at the OSCE Security Committee Conference on: “Preventing Terrorism and Combating Violent Extremism and Radicalism Leading to Terrorism”. The aim of this Security Committee conference was to highlight the valuable and distinctive role of women in countering the phenomenon of violent extremism that leads to terrorism (VERLT). During her speech, Mrs. Dervishi presented the progressive path of Albania in preventing and countering these phenomena. Additionally, during her speech, the Director of the CVE Center emphasized that the first Rehabilitation and Reintegration program that is being developed in Albania is the product of a successful approach of a wide cooperation of many institutions and partners.
