25/05/2021The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism and the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth held in Lezha and Kurbin the training of coordinating teachers against violent extremism.
The CVE Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth and the International Association for Solidarity conducted a training for countering violent extremism with coordinating teachers of Local Education Offices in Lezha and Kurbin.
The training was conducted in the framework of the project “Promoting education to prevent violent extremism” and was supported by the Embassy of the United States of America in Tirana.
During the training, information was provided on the signs of radicalized children, the levels through which a child goes to radicalization, the factors that push young people towards radicalization, as well as on the cooperation and referral mechanism that exists at school and local level.
