14/05/2021The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism participated in the online discussion for the presentation of the protocol ‘Mechanism of the Referral System for Women and Girls in Conflict with the Law’.
The CVE Center participated in the online discussion roundtable for the presentation of the protocol ‘Mechanism of the Referral System for Women and Girls in Conflict with the Law’, which was organized by the General Directorate of Prisons, in cooperation with the Organization ‘ARSIS Initiative’.
The protocol standardizes the institutional procedural practices of persecution and reintegration of women and girls, who are part of the prison system, as well as their children. The CVE Center suggested that specific aspects of working with convicts for terrorist offenses be added to the protocol, as well as the need for budgeting for this mechanism.
