The Director of the Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi, held a meeting with the Chair of the Muslim Community of Albania, H. Bujar Spahiu.
Mrs. Dervishi recognized the Chair of the Albanian Muslim Community with the commitment of the CVE Center to expand and deepen cooperation with religious communities in our country, as a need and necessity to provide Albanian society with more security and harmony.
Mrs. Dervishi praised the readiness of President Spahiu and the Religious institution he represents, within the Interregional Council of Albania, to be always cooperative in commitments that serve for the good of the Albanian society.
After the welcoming words, H. Spahiu expressed appreciation and consideration for the work being done by the CVE Center. On behalf of the institution he represents, the Chair of the Albanian Muslim Community underlined that he will continue to be cooperative in initiatives that contribute to peace, dialogue and harmony between individuals and communities, at the national level and beyond.
