On November 24-27, 2020, the CVE Center (represented by the Director of the CVE Center Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi and the Coordinator for the Ministry of Health and Social Protection Mrs. Rozana Baci) together with the Inspector at the Agency for Local Self-Government Support from the Ministry of Interior, Mr. Gersi Çabiri as well as the OSCE representative Mrs. Brunilda Halili held information / awareness sessions with the Mayors of Kukës, Dibër, Bulqiza, Klos, Mat and Shkodër (59 participants) and the Prefects of Kukës, Dibër and Shkodër regions (6 participants).
The purpose of these meetings was to raise awareness of front-line actors at the decision-making level on radicalism and violent extremism, as well as to discuss the problems of the area, mainly in promoting and involving youth and women groups in consultative processes and empowering organizations of civil society.
