  2. The use of the research findings to develop the pilot project and identify the tools and techniques that are most appropriate to respond to the specific context of violent extremism in the Municipality of Tirana and to formulate and disseminate effective P / CVE messages.
  3. Development of the skills of the CVE Center and other relevant institutions to effectively carry out the processes described above, through the sharing of best practices and a “learning by doing” process. So far, in the framework of this intervention, a number of activities have been carried out, among which stand out: Initial report on the project; drafting the preliminary findings of the survey conducted in Tirana; drafting and distributing a quality questionnaire for 40 employees of the four ministries involved in this process; agreeing on the organization of five (5) on-line meetings with focus groups, with high-level employees in the ministry, with front-line employees, students, pupils and religious communities.
