16/02/2021The Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism participates in the Regional Network of National Coordinators online meeting.
The Director of the Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi participated in the meeting of the Regional Network of Coordinators for Countering Violent Extremism. During this meeting, the participants presented the achievements and challenges of the countries in the region on the processes of rehabilitation and reintegration of returnees from conflict zones. During the meeting, Mrs. Dervishi presented the commitment and ongoing achievements of the Albanian institutions in the framework of prevention, rehabilitation and reintegration of groups at-risk.
The meeting was also attended by representatives from the European Union, the Council of Europe, the IISG and the United States Regional Coordinator for Countering Terrorism and Violent Extremism.
