The Director of the Coordination Center for Countering Violent Extremism, Mrs. Lejdi Dervishi, delivered the welcoming speech at the opening conference of the third phase of the project “Commitment of young people to building a sustainable community” organized by the Muslim Community of Albania, with the financial support of the US Embassy in Tirana.
During the greeting speech, Ms. Dervishi expressed the full institutional support within this project, which will consist of the development of a series of social and cultural activities, meetings, and workshops with young people in Albania, which will help build sustainable communities and strengthen the democracy.
Mrs. Dervishi stressed that the CVE Center has supported the project since the first phase of its implementation, emphasizing the results achieved so far and those that are expected to be achieved by the implementation of the third phase.
